About ToadTurret

An automated solution for cane toad management, born from real-world experience on an Australian hobby farm.

Our story

ToadTurret was born on a hobby farm in Lowood, Queensland, where a husband and wife team noticed the persistent challenge of cane toad management. Despite years of regular hand-catching, the toad population remained significant, highlighting the need for a more effective solution.

We're proudly Australian-owned and operated, bringing local expertise to a uniquely Australian problem. Our intimate understanding of the cane toad challenge comes from living with it firsthand in the Queensland countryside.

After years of manual toad removal, we decided to engineer a permanent, automated solution. ToadTurret represents the culmination of practical farm experience combined with innovative technology to create an effective, hands-off approach to toad management.

Our mission

To provide Australian landowners with an effective, automated solution for cane toad management that requires minimal intervention while delivering real results.

What started as a solution to our own toad problem on our Lowood property has grown into a mission to help fellow Australians reclaim their outdoor spaces. We understand the frustration of dealing with cane toads because we've lived it, and we're excited to share our solution with others facing the same challenge.
